MANAGEMENT SERVICES (VESSELS)

The management services provided by WMS can be broken down thus:

Vessel Management:

• Through its associated company, Brooklyn Shipping Limited, WMS can provide the entire vessel management organisation.

Crew Management:

• WMS has provided full crew services in both Western and South East Asian regions of the world.

Vessel Start Up Management:

• WMS has provided support services and crewing for the start up from cold of various vessels including two fast patrol launches for West Africa Fishery Protection.

Project Management:

• WMS individually selects members to form project teams that offer an integrated and cost-effective approach to our clients' organisational requirements. We exist as a single source contact for all project objectives and implementation of project processes.
