Our approach:

The idea to provide a cost effective solution to offset high management costs and reduce overheads was formulated in the engine works and shipyards of the Lower Reaches of Clydeside where the roots of WMS were formed.
From a marine and shipbuilding background, through into the early days of the offshore boom and with considerable subsea experience, the marine commercial consultancy support of WMS settled into a small niche market never previously encountered by the industry.

Surpassing the giants of the marine world, WMS took over the total commercial, marine and crewing management of two dynamically positioned support vessels operating worldwide.
WMS has extensive Far East experience and network of all services.
Operating under Clients banners', WMS showed how a small and efficient operation could prove a capable and resourceful entity to small, medium and large companies.
WMS provided start up and operational resources and support on a newly purchased survey vessel from Northern Europe to Singapore and successful dry dock.

Operating under a Business Management System and with an ISM system through an associated company, WMS is set up and prepared for all work within its capability in the marine environment.
Our size allows for flexibility and immediate response.
Using electronic equipment to the maximum advantage, the core people at WMS are fully aware of all stages of its workload. Where a portion falls outwith its capabilities or detailed experience, WMS can augment its operation with close alliances formed over many years, whilst providing the focal point of an integrated team.
